This policy explains what information Crescendo AI Strategy Consultants collects, how it is used, and how it is protected, including data accessed through third-party platforms like Meta, Google, and Yelp during client work.

Crescendo AI Strategy Consultants is an independent technology consulting practice operated by Gavin Coleman, based in the United States. References to "we," "us," or "Crescendo" in this policy mean Crescendo AI Strategy Consultants. References to "you" mean any visitor to this website, prospective client, current client, or end user of a tool we operate.
Some of the tools Crescendo builds for clients use Meta's Graph API to analyse a business's own public social-media presence, for example, reading public profile metadata, public post captions, public comment counts, follower counts, and public engagement metrics for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business or Creator accounts that the client has authorised us to analyse.
We do not:
All access to Meta APIs is performed under the Meta Platform Terms and the Developer Policies. If Meta revokes or restricts our application's access, the affected analyses stop running.
To deliver reputation audits and similar work, we may also access publicly available data through services such as Google (search, reviews, business profiles), Yelp, OpenTable (where authorised), and SerpAPI / SearchAPI for search-engine result snippets. The same retention and non-resale rules above apply to data obtained from these sources.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, tools, dashboards, and services provided by Crescendo AI Strategy Consultants ("Crescendo," "we," "us"), including the Sonar reputation and AI-visibility platform and any related text-message programs. By accessing our website, engaging us for services, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you create an account or use a tool we operate, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
Crescendo provides consulting, diagnostic, and software services, including reputation audits, AI-visibility analysis, and customer-engagement tools such as review-request messaging. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for paid engagements are defined in a separate proposal, order form, or statement of work, which supplements these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Paid services and subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor. Fees are due as stated in the applicable proposal or subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Crescendo operates review-request and account-related text-message programs on behalf of itself and the businesses that use our services.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to access them without authorisation, interfering with their operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using any messaging feature to send content that is unsolicited, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or carrier rules. If you use our tools to contact your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining valid consent from those recipients.
The website, software, and materials we create remain the property of Crescendo or its licensors, except for deliverables expressly assigned to a client under a separate agreement. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software except as permitted by law.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or results from any audit, analysis, or messaging campaign. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescendo's total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the services in a manner that creates risk or legal exposure for us, our other clients, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
