Agencies and boutique consultancies typically track client health in spreadsheets, half-remembered conversations, and the CEO’s inbox. By the time a retainer is at risk, it is often already lost. This dashboard replaces the spreadsheet sprawl with one screen: every client, every engagement, every anomaly, every narrative insight generated automatically from the data that already lives in the CRM, time-tracking, and finance systems.

What it does under the hood

The system ingests data from Hubspot / Salesforce, Harvest / Toggl, QuickBooks / Xero, and Slack, normalizes it into a common schema, and runs weekly scoring on six axes (scope adherence, communication cadence, budget burn, NPS signals, project velocity, payment history). Anomalies surface automatically — including narrative summaries written by the AI layer, not just red/yellow/green lights.

Engagement structure
